Legal Framework
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the workflows, automations, and services provided by First Class Automations, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services Provided
First Class Automations provides a suite of advanced business automation solutions, including but not limited to AI receptionists, missed call text back systems, automated review generation, calendar booking and reservations, automated social media management, and custom web design.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise specified. Payment must be provided in full before the deployment of any custom AI agents or workflow automation.
4. Refund Policy
We require a 30-day written cancellation notice prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for completed billing periods or partially used services.
5. AI & Automated Communication Disclosure
Our services include the deployment of conversational AI and automated messaging. You acknowledge that end recipients may interact with AI voice agents and automated SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure all usage complies with TCPA and related telemarketing regulations.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary access to third-party tools (CRMs, social platforms) required for automation deployment. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information fed to the AI agents.
7. Limitation of Liability
First Class Automations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our automation services, including lost profits or business interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
All workflows, conversational AI architectures, logic maps, and systems built by FCA remain the exclusive property of First Class Automations unless expressly transferred in a written agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
